b26 motor in b22 or b20 body?

hi friends. I have a b2600i that i totalled. Now the engine and transmission still work and run the same before the wreck. I was wondering if i was to purchase another truck that was like a b2200 or b2000 and drop my current b2600i motor and trans in, would i have any problems with motor and tranny mounts or should everything just fit in fine?

Motor mounts need to be changed out. Transmission mount is the same. Everything for the engine and trans needs to go with it... radiator, exhaust, drive shaft & rear end flange, etc...

You should definitely do it and take lots of pics. I don't like being the only one to answer questions about it.

The frame mounts for the 2600 are flat the frame mounts for the 2200 are angled down so u would have to cut the ones off the 2600 frame and weld them in new frame
