Hi all! Thought I would signup with some fellow B series owners. Have owned mine for 14 years. It is currently being repaired for a cracked head that was 'repaired' by brazing before I owned it. I have bought the new head, old cam, old rockers and shaft all assembled and ready to go back together. Waiting on the 11 water hoses. They look a lot easier to replace with the head off. I'm replacing all of the water hoses. I have taken many pictures to help me out.

Thanks! Here's the start: Cylinder #3 had a water leak into the chamber and serious loss of pressure when I preformed a leak rate (~50%). Loss of pressure was into the cooling system. Here is the crack I would later find:

So, ordered a new head assembled it using the old cam, rockers, and rockers shafts. Reading to go back on waiting for the water hoses. I even ordered the ignition wire clips while I was at it.

Got the truck squared away driven it several hundred miles now. Knock on wood, but she runs better than ever, very smooth idle and instant start-up. Here are some pics and link to video. Thanks. Tim.
