Ahoy! I'm brand new!

Hey all, I'm totally new to the site here.

I have a 1989 B2200 that I have driven for quite a while and it's never really had any problems. Just started having issues with starting and bought a new battery... Trouble ensues!

I think I'm gonna go post a new topic in the Tech section unless someone has better advice.

there could be a number of issues we need details on what it is doing did u get tha battery checked before u purchased it

I definitely had a dead battery. Even had some time of the warranty for it from good ol' Bi-Mart!

I screwed up and touched a terminal with my wrench while getting the new battery in and killed my 80a main fuse and had the pleasure of replacing that. 5 nuts to remove just to get it out of the fuse box! I should have taken pics of that little set up for the next person who goes pulling at that one fuse that won't come loose!

The silver wonder is back to a perfect start up again!
