I guess I shoudn't have started one of these in the "Member's projects". So I'll restart one in the proper section.
Currently, I've been driving my B2600i for just over a year, and now decided to join the forum after lurking on it since I bought the thing.
As of now, the truck WON'T START after I brought it to the car wash and washed the engine compartment... stupid me.
But before then, I came across an issue. After I stupidly tried to wire in some foglights in place of my parking lights I must've blown a fuse and now my running lights wont turn on! the main headlights, brake lights, indicators, and reverse lights work. Just not the taillights, parking lights, or lights for my console. does anyone know where to start looking? I've looked at the fusebox inside the cab and found that the previous owner had rigged up some sort of fuse system to run an accessory, most likely the CB radio.
Any help would be appreciated, I know I probably should have included the aforementioned blurb about the truck not running in the "Member's Projects".
Thanks!

Well, the taillights, parking lights, and lights for the instrument console are ALL on the same circuit. But I'm pretty sure that they AND the headlight circuit draw from the same large fuse in the engine compartment that goes into the headlight switch part of the combination switch.

So I think the issue is in that headlight switch - even though the headlights are still operating, that's a separate circuit. I know - because this happened to my '88 B2200 about two years ago.

Axel Breaker Earl has a nice write up to clean the contacts in the headlight switch, see

If you do buy a new or used headlight switch, be aware that there is a white 4-connector type and a black 5-connector type.

Found the small fuse for the taillights in the fusebox inside the cab. I didnt notice the console lights working or not.
And Cusser. If i notice the console lights are not working, ill look into the circuit board. Thanks!

As for the starting issue, I've narrowed it down to the ignition coil. Going to go about drying out or replacing it tomorrow

The console light power goes through that dimmer wheel switch, so make sure that's "on". If the dimmer wheel switch itself is bad, it can be replaced or bypassed.

PHEW! Luckily, I didnt have to go into my circuit board. Thanks Cusser for the input.
