Looks like one of those "down under" New Zealand or Australian trucks from the upside down part of the world. Stuck to the ceiling !

Try using a photo sharing site like photobucket.com, you can edit and fix pictures as well as have a place to store all your pics.

Good looking but I had to flip my monitor to see them.
