First b2200

So I have a 87 2200 long story short on this truck I got scammed and ended up paying 2k for a pos it's been sitting motionless for 5months now dumb I know but ya live and ya learn. Motors blown now do to a bad oil leak and it being a dd so now that I'm already 1.5k over in this truck might as well throw a nice swap into it. I'm wanting to Put a ka24de into it(I'm a Nissan fan). So I need some help/assistance on what other swaps are out there to give me good power and is relatively easy/low budget.

If I can find a 5.0 ill do that since I've found kits for it. Just not wanting this to be a huge regret later I'm already in a hole because of a scumbag so yeah
