hello everyone, it's been a while.. i was messing around da bay and found this weird looking clip and im wondering where it goes and whats its purpose? anyone? located on the drivers side..

It's the brake fluid low level switch. It slides into the slot at the bottom of the reservoir.
If the level is low, the dash light turns on.

For that to work, eliminating the light in the dash, there has to be a float in the brake master cylinder with a magnet in it.
