I had heard that the intake manifolds tend to warp and I may need to have it milled... Youn know anything about this?

Nope, never head that... heard the head will warp but not the intake manifold. It's easy enough to check with a straight edge (or a level would do). If it's out, my Pacesetter Header was, just use some sanding to get it where you need it.

If you use a good gasket and form-a-gasket you should have no issues. Also make sure you have torqued the intake to spec.

Alright, I got fuel pressure regulator and new gasket installed. The air leak was caused by a ripped manifold gasket due to me being in to much of a hurry. It was running awesome so I took it out for a test drive. It started to get hot so I pulled over to check it... Turns out I'm an idiot and forgot to add coolent. Now it won't fire, cranks but won't fire. I haven't pulled the plugs or anything to check yet, but I'm guessing at the minimum I blew a head gasket. Any input on where to start and what I should be doing?
