Pacesetter header advice

Anyone out there run a pacesetter header with the rest of the exhaust stock? Wondering if its possible or better to do a simple custom exhaust?

I had one... The cat converter goes bye bye. Plus the ugly air tubes. Pretty simple install.

I'm running pacesetter with stock exhaust. I removed the secondary cat as well though. Had to take a few curved pieces of exhaust pipe and weld together to make it all line up without hitting anything. Like the cross-member.

Welded the header collector pipe to the header. Didn't like the whole clamp idea.


Series of bends welded in place to get a nice fit without bind. And without hitting on the cross member.


Second catalytic converter removed with pipe welded in place.

Now that I'm happy with everything, I need to remove, sandblast, paint, and heat wrap.
