Was wondering where to connect aftermarket radio power wire labeled +to battery. Have to go to positive terminal? Or do I have to wire into back of fuse box under dash?

You should have a constant hot in the factory wiring. It's provided to let the radio keep your station presets... It should be blue with a red stripe.

Okay thank you. I'll just have to find it. It looks like the previous owner cut the connection off and tucked the wires up under the dash. Is there a ground wire I have to use in the factory harness? Or just ground to floor?

Hmmm - I wired my new cassette stereo in back in 1994, soon after buying my '88.

I soldered the wiring harness in to the existing wires, stripped off some insulation and soldered the new wires to the existing ones. I believe that I did run a new yellow wire back to an "always hot" wire in the fuse box, and ran that wire under/through the dash over to the radio opening, wasn't difficult. You'll need the red "switched on" positive wire as well. I used one of the stereo mounts and ran a black ground wire directly to a B2200 frame metal screw that was close by.

I'm a pretty big believer in the installation kits for the stereos, I got one for the console, and a wiring one, for both my Frontiers and daughter's Pathfinder. I got just a console kit for the B200 then. Autozone or Metra online.
