Cadillac Escalade rims on a mazda... help!!!!

Alright fells i hope this isn't a curve ball but here goes. I have a 1991 Mazda b series 2200. I just put Cadillac Escalade rims on it.The problem? My bolts are 1/2 inch thread but the " acorn" head is smaller then the rim bolt hole openings. Where can I find lug nuts that can be totally safe and secure?

GM lug nuts? Do you have aftermarket lug nuts on your truck?

GM aluminum wheel lug nuts is what you need. I usually go to the junkyard and grab a bunch

I used Toyota factory lug nuts because they come with the washer here are a few pics
