New here with 1990 b2600!

New here and own a 1990 b2600i. Have owned it for 9 years now. Got with computer issues had avproecm rebuild it in 2006. Now has the same issues of running 2 cylinders and flooding cylinders 2&4 with fuel. Now the questions is is it the computer or the distributor i was told the distributor sends the injector signal

The injectors get power from the large fuse by the battery, I have found out here. The ecu grounds for the spurt. Two injectors, "fire" at the same time, my '90 was 1/3-2/4. Verdict the bot is bad. I read here a lot that a rebuilt ecu usually is the problem. Someone here will chime in with a good source for a dependable rebuilt ecu.
