finnaly i got a tranny

so i was setting at the pc looking over stuff here and there and this guy knocks on my door wonting to know if ill sell my parts truck i said not today theres still some parts i wont out of it he said well call me when you get done and ill buy it form you i said cool. so he starts talking about this reg cab he picked up that the body was shot on and said he sold the running motor out of it i said mine runs like great for a motor with 276,000 miles on it but my rev is out and i need a tranny he looks at me and says. i have a 5 speed tranny. im like cool how much he said ill tell you what you give me 50 bucks and whats left of your parts truck and well call it even im like deal lol so know ill have rev in my truck back im so happy

and he will come pick it up and get it of my yard to boot thats 50 bucks alone

i guess thats a pretty good deal . average tow is 75 or more now a day . and most junk yards won't give ya crap for a junker . mostly cause they don't like to pay out for cars . they want 100% profit . so looks like you got the better part of it !! good for you .

yeah sounds like you got a good deal, when my truck was eating driveshafts they wanted 40$ to take it about 0.6miles
