ok folks I have a strange request here but bare with me..

I'm as some of you may know and doing a Fuel Injection and Turbo set-up on my old '77 model B-Series..
with the Original VC 1.8 litre SOHC engine
(used up untill '79/'80 when Up-Graded to the MA 2.0 litre SOHC with the same Cyl head and Block)

what I'm after is some Pic's of the Intake and Exhaust Manifold to Cyl head flanges of the FE 2.0/2.2 litre SOHC engine fitted to '86 to '89 models.

Some sort of tape or Rule in fame would aid in size comparisson. (pref. Metric.. but AF/SAE/Imperial OK)

I know the Vc/Ma have the Intake on the Left hand side of the vehical (when sitting in truck looking foward) and the Fe/Fe2 have the intake on the Right Hand side..

but if the flanges have the same mounting stud, and port pattern spaceing it will save me conciderable time and effort custom making manifolds.
As there are 'Turbo Manifolds' available for the Fe Series engines

I figured I'd aske here incase some one had some Spare Gaskets or Manifolds lying around tht they could get their hands on easily.

This will also save me having to go to the Wreckers and Buying parts that will not be used, even if they do "Fit"

I know the Fe3 2.2 Litre DOHC manifolds will not work.
But the Fe/Fe2 2.0/2.2 Litre SOHC ???????

Thanks in Advance Friends

i know for a fact the turbo manifolds wont work for ya, they will sit in you firewall, but i have seen a picture somewhere on the net of a guy with the manifold (maybe the motor though im not sure) from a merkur xr4ti in his mazda, the manifold is just like the mazda b2200 FI manifold, ......not really sure if this helps but i tried

Thanks for your help so far..

In the First Gen B-Series..
there is quite an amount of room in there for a turbo and manifold..
Just need the right shape..

But I have just the person in mind to ask about the Merkur Xr4ti Manifolds.

Thanks for the idea.
