Body Drops the Lookout signs?

hey I am thinking of getting this truck that has a body drop done to it.. a 4'.. what are the signs to look for here to tell if its a hack?

the truck has no seatbelts due to the drop.. I will need to install some before I drive it home

Also is it bad news if a truck has hydros but just raises up and down and doesnt bounce at all?

Also everything in the truck is hard wired and it doesnt have an ecu at all.. the only things that dont work are the gas guage and temp guage.. is this bad?

Finally there is no overflow for the rad.. but its a bigger GM rad and electric fans .. he said its not needed.. not sure if this was true or not.
