head light conversion?

I seen a few mazda's out there with the head lights converted over, either to an older ford escort head lights, or a newer ford ranger, how hard is it to convert them over, I really like the look it gives the front end a more complete look, anyone got any infor on this?

The new ranger conversion isn't that hard, there are a few techs floating around on the web. I however prefer the old school round headlights and will be putting them on with a full phantom. I also had the idea of getting one of the new Grant Kustoms front bumpers and the new style mustang headlights.. because from the looks of the pics they seem to have the same flow. Would have to have both of them in my hand to say for sure.

i got a pair of 01-current ranger headlights, still have yet to put them on. probably wont til i get a long weekend off for college. i would def take any tips if someone has done it before.
