northeast Pa Show / Money drive for victims of Katrina

hey guys we on dropndrag have thought about this and we are gona do something to help show some support for this cause. We are throwing the idea around to do a blood drive / can food/money drive for the victims of katrina . Some one said that we could do this at the exessive-habits car./truck show sept 10th . We'd like to see some suport from others from the surrounding states if you can donate $ or can food what ever to the red cross that would help . They have a paypal account too so you can donate your money thru that way its secure the link is in side this thread i am posting up here.


IF your in the tri -state area and would like to attend its 20$ to show at the show . And we'll be accepting donations at that location for food/and money for katrina victims . I have also contacted the local news to see if they would be interested in a story about custom enthusiasts who care about natural disasters . Hopefully i'll get them to come out as well And we'll get some type of GOOD views about US in the news instead of what ppl think we are .. it works for both the red cross and us as a custom enthusisiats . they getsomething out of it and so do we we get reconigtion for a good cause . let me know what you think. thanks guys

Sounds like a killer idea man. hope it all works out and has a good turn out.

My youth ministry group went out yesterday and collected right at 2000 dollars and enough can goods and supplies to pack an entire U Haul.. one of the medium ones. It was amazing how many people responded.. with absolutly no advertisement. It will all be on its way tomarrow headed for the big easy.
