Im not sure on what all would exactly have to be done, but bags are a whole lot more soft than say hydros or cylinders. I havent actually seen anyone 3 wheel on bags, but Id say that you could do it with the right psi. What kind of psi, Im not sure, but those AIM phoenix bags are supposed to handle some pretty high amounts.

i recommend a 3 link set up/super piviot or an adjustable end on the wishbone so you can get that extra lift, and its all about psi, 200+ is recommended and chaining means. like in the front you would weld one control arm to another with chain so you can hop your front end without pulling ur ball joints apart and ur bags and in the rear and weld chain from ur axle to ur crossmember so u can hop or not pull ur bags apart.

my buddys 94 s-10 kicking a 3 wheel on air

as you can see his wishbone set up coming off the axle. he has updated to an engine driven compressor now

you dont have to have this extreme set up to do it, but its all about ur psi and lift u get
