what a bummer

so me and a freind went to a junkyard that specializes in import parts on monday and i asked for a mazda bed and the guy at the front desk sent me through a large wharehouse full of engines and crap lookin for some guy that could help me (it was super shady i was expectin to be kidnapped or sumthin) eventually we found the guy and he showed us a few mazdas that were either had no bed, had too many dents, or had the wrong mouldings i guess they were LX. finally we found a black short bed that was in decent shape but it had a medium size dent on the driver side rust around the mounting holes from a missing drop in liner, and no tailgate or taillights long story short they wanted $450 for it needless to say i didn't buy it and i'm still lookin for a bed or a bedside

Danm that seems pretty high for a sub par quality bed.

thats crappy man, i feel your pain tho, ive been looking for a new box for the best part of a year and i can't find anything cheaper than an o.k. one for $600

all the used ones in my are are lik $250, thats a frickin rediculous price
