Sorry I'm &*+@#*ing

I know its the middle of the night in a small town but enough is enough. I went to the store and instead of going to the 24 hour BP on the corner I went to the one on the other side of town. Well I rode through town and on the way back I stopped at a stoplight to turn right. It just happen to be Barney Fife is crossing in front of me through the intersection. In my small town we have a court square, where the road goes around the old courthouse in the middle of it. I turned right to fall in behind barney and when we get to the court square I make my turns properly with turn sigs and all. Barney proceeds to go all the way around the courthouse to get behind me. Before I get to the next stoplight he is in the right lane beside me and a little behind me. That light turns red and just to see for myself if he is definitely profiling me and stop early for the light, two car lenghts before the white line and he is still on my corner. I gas it off the line and get in front of him and turn right into Taco Bell. Their drivethru is only one car wide and the mofo follows me through the drivethru, without ordering anything. I pull out of Taco Bell and he follows me another mile up the road on my ass until I pull into my apartment complex. At this point he justs sits in the road and waits for me to get out of my truck before doing a u-turn in the middle of the road and speeding off.

In the short of it. I AM TIRED OF GETTING PROFILED BY THE LOCAL BARNEY FIFE. Any where I go and other club members in the area, somebody is getting profiled. This is not the first incedent and I am pretty sure it wont be the last.
Sorry for the Rant but damn im tired of it.

Well if he gives you a ticket after following you, you can take it to court and try to have it thrown out for entrapment. However entrapment is leading someone to do a crime they would not commit. So if you do something that he didn't make u do... then ur sunk. A lot of people try to pull off an entrapment case because cops were sitting outside bars and getting drunk drivers. But you would be drinking and driving w/out the cop being there... and their excuse is to break up any potnetial fights outside the bars/clubs. I say try to contact a local police officer and ask them whats up, because they could be getting tips that peoples fitting your profile (modified vehicles) were commiting crimes... but if you open your arms and show them what your about and what your doing.. they have probably mistaken you for another group. Or maybe he just thinks you have a bad ass ride and wants to check it out!

don't feel alone, when my truck was running i got stopped or followed countless times, once while i was pulled over checking to see if i had a
flat (i had run over something) and they searched me and my ride. you just got to do what you did use your blinkers, follow the rules and if they still pull you over & ticket you then you can fight it........or if they just want to mess with you do what they ask, and eventually they will let you go.... it kinda sux tho they have the power & abuse it.... it sometimes leaves you wanting to pull a barney and halla "citizens arrest" haha.

for one .. they can't follow you more then i think 3miles . ANY more then that they better have a damn GOOD reason . 2 if you happen to remember the patrol car's number you can call the station and ask to find out who was on duty that nite in that area. 3 . you can verify this info with a lawyer - you can actually press charges againist the cop for following you and profiling you .. i'd be sure to tell the lawyer what you said here as well as him following you thru the drive thru and to your apartment complex . Thats a big no no for a cop to do - he can be suspended for that .. in other words you DO have a case.

i got lucky the other night. cop start following me for about 2 miles, then pulled me over. i knew right away it would be for my clear tails being it was at night. anyways ended up telling me that they arent reflective so they are illegal.
ha, like i didnt know that...
anyways, he tells me that "im not the kind of guy hes looking for" and tells me to leave.
haha

i must be lucky, cause in the little spot i cruise around and were i live i know all the cops and they love my truck, they seem to find humor in a truck that throws sparks, but i get warnings and stuff all the time, which is good but i gotta be careful cause there are some weird cops out there just waiting.

But keep in mind.. cops are all friends. You piss one off or get one in trouble.. all the others are gunnin for you.

oh! let me tell you! the're all buddys' i used to get pulled over every 3 weeks for almost 5 months, for random checks, then one easter sunday one officer out of his way to pull a u-turn in a busy intersection to come and pull me over, well the next light was to far away and it turned red so i stopped, but the cop was speeding so much to catch up to me, he didnt even have enough time to stop, so he plowed in to the back of me and fucked me up good, the truck was off the road for almost 3 months, then the first week i got it back every cop in town knew who i was, and pulled me over and busted balls about anything every chance they got, so u pulled the thing off the road for almost 3 1/2 years, no probs yet
