ive always wondered where you put drag blocks. it will be a while before i bag my truck, but ive always wondered where you put them, how you put them on(weld em on i guess) and if your truck still lays frame. kind of a stupid question but o well..

mine bolt on, they are only about 2 inches wide inch long 1 inch high,...im bolting mine to the front cross member.... personally i think it looks silly when truck drag and you can pretty much see where the block is bolted onto the back clip and no sparks fly from there forward..lol.....you cant wled them on, something about it not conjoining properlly...meh...

i like the front clip idea but if you have a gas leak BOOM!! so i keep mine onthe back, you cant weld titanium blocks directly to your frame, my titanium blocks are bolted to regular metal then welded to the fram of my truck, turns night in to day when i drag

ok, i got that part, now as of laying frame, can you still lay full frame. when i do bag mine, i will run blocks, but i want to also be able to lay frame and like f n low said, i dont want sparks starting in the back cause it does look silly

No you will not lay full frame. The blocks hit before the frame does so depending on how far below your frame the blocks hang, thats how high your frame will be from the ground. Dont let them hang to far, just drag until the sparks become orange, then adjust them so the blocks hang a little lower.

a mazda wont lay frame to strat off with, your front cross memeberr lays before anything else, which is another reason im putting my there... and if you put them on as high as it goes and they just just but you dont se sparks throw a spacer in or something....peace!

how do you get a mazda to lay full frame. i know there has to be a way. i just had an idea, i could weld some flat bar to the bottom of my frame to even up with my cross member and then body drop however much i need to, then place blocks where ever

yea. that would def work... you could just get 2 strips of titanium and bolt theem to the frame rails... would cost alot thoguh, its not cheap shit, lol.... i am not sure what it wwould take to lay frame.....

to lay full frame, just drag the crossmember. i drug the crap out of mine, lol. now that i'm gonna do a motor swap and sfbd frame, i'm just gonna make a new crossmember.

All you gotta do is drag it a little like LAYNFRM said. It will lay fully.
