Custom Shops In Texas

Does anyone know of a respectable shop around Dallas, Austin, or Waco Texas? I am farely new to this area and need to know where I can get my 89 B2200 Reg Cab Body dropped, chop the top 2 inches, suicide doors, and rag top installed! Thanks for the help.
