i have a question though...there are some VC members around my town and none of em really have anything tight...wtf is up with that?? like no bagged rides and some stock 4x4s....

Most all of VC trucks here in tulsa, ok are in the "under construction" phase. so most likely, its money, time, or work issues thats holding them back. our chapter here in tulsa has stricter requirements. have to have 3 body mods, 2 interior mods, 1 engine mod, all work done yourself... we have some tight ass rides though. we got a doorlayin 1 ton dually, door layin blazer 4x4, bagged 04 gmc regency, bagged x cab silverado... check out our site... click on rides, tulsa and check 'em out...
