Ok so it will turn over but wont crank up and run...i'm thinking it is the fuel pump...am i right or does it sound right..if so is it in the gas tank??? ( 1990 2600) thanks guys

it could be any number of problems, hopefully you aren't getting any "metal to metal noises" (i.e. timing belt off) while your trying
to crank it...?
first check and or replace the fuel filter.
see if your getting spark @ the plug,
no spark..check dizzy & rotor button see if worn, or coil could be bad.
if you are getting spark, the timing might could be off, check w/ a timing light.
if the filters clean, got spark @ plug, & timing is correct, then it might be the fuel pump...

is this just a reg. b2600 or a b2600i ? how many miles?

also from what i understand the b2600 ecu's are bad about going on the blink.....

yea do a quik check for spark like he said then if theres a spark pull your fuel line at the engine crank the engine (make shure engine is cold) and see if gas is coming out.then genraly pump is good..is the 2600 carberated .check your fuses also all of them.. im an apprentice mechanic so ill try to help any of these kinda questions if i can
