sooooo i went to philadelphia pa today..rant and disgust.

sooo i had this dude email me wanting some debris he pulled out the basement of his house. NO Biggie. I QUOTED him 150$ thats a steal - He said can you do it for 75$? i said i'll do it for 100$ bottom line - i said cause i have to pay to dump it and i have to put gas in my truck - as you do with any other service you need you must pay- its always factored into the price no matter what you get .. Any ways - i roll out there bout 1:30 ish or so - guy had his father meet me out there after i called him to tell him i'm there. So i wait at the house- And he rolls up asks the questions who do i make the check to - i said i preffer cash - so i can pay shit you know? I 'm not tryin to under dog the state but i have shit to pay ! . Any ways . he goes i go to the back yard to see whats there - there was way more then 100$ worth in my opinion - Dude didn't tell me nothing bout no tires or paint . WTF . and he was tryin for 75$ People just don't want to pay money for service rendered. SOO- at the end the guy starts to get his door open on the car - then remembers the money is in the trunk. no biggie - i can appreiate that ... so we're talkin and he mentions about a reciept - usually i give one - but i didn't have one with me.(my fault) ... Anyways. He said something bout well send me a recipt tonight - mentioned something bout a "big gun " Now this is philadelphia where 9 out of 10 ppl carry guns . I don't know if he was tryin to be funny or what but i take that shit seriously - I was rolling solo - NEVER once had a problem in philly til i met this dude who mentions a gun .Now this guy and his father just moved to town from ohio- so i take it he hasn't seen the nite life of philly yet . WELL big awakening if you ask me- . i don't take kindly when ppl say something bout a gun trying to be funny or other wise . NEEDLESS to say i sent the son a message hope he reads it and understands my concern - His father is in his early 60's .. otherwise the dude was alright in my book - he just needs to watch what he says . PEOPLE take that shit about guns seriously. Never know who you talk to who maybe packing a gun .


i think i'll put an end to philly driving for goods. People in philly don't want to pay ppl for service rendered. Its bullshit- This load of trash i picked up is an entire 8 ft bed worth of trash... I WAS planning on doing 2 more stops in philly til i loaded up with this guys trash - i ended up not getting the scrap that was not even 3 blocks or so way .

You shoulda dumped half the shit back in his yard when he paid you and went and got the scrap.

the other was probably 2 or 4 pcs of 10" gas pipe and a radiator .

i emailed the son the guy who contacted me to do this job in the first place - and he inturn sent the email i sent him (probably with a note to his father) and i got a return email from the father with a apology bout his actions . saying he's got another son my age and he wouldn't want to see him or anyone hurt blah blah blah .


now if your stern bout a recipt thats one thing but mentioning a gun simply cause you don't get a recipt thats just dumb. if the clerk at the store forgot to give you your recipt you gona go up to that clerk and say you have a gun - i'd like to make sure i get my recipt . GEEZ. atleast he realises that's not the way to talk to ppl in philadelphia . the city where on average 1-3 ppl get shot (an hour )

philly is some what ok to drive in daylight hours but at nite -- not so good . ALTHO i did leave the key to the truck in the ignition while i was loading it - then again who would steel a 84 dodge ram?lol


philly got everything - street walkers , china town , mexico town - latino town , but mostly blacks (I'M NOT racist ) Run down buildings and streets .. ppl double parking in traffic. makes you wonder how they got thier license
