I am about to pick up a set of escalade wheels and I need to know from those of you that have these, what lug nuts did you use. Part number or something like that is what i am looking for. Thanks.

i have denalis, but i believe they take the same lug...all you need to have is the tapered (centering) lug that fits your studs...i got mine at les schwab tires..they knew what fit..... another thing on thoe rims, the center hub needs to be machined out to 3.75" not sure what size the escalades are stock...

Bulge seat lug nuts are another name for them. You can also grind off the tabs instead of machining the rims

you can also get them from autozone, etc.\

easiest way would be to tell them you put aftermarket wheels on and you need the tapered lug nuts and they usually know what you mean.

but like Maz said, they are called Buldge Seat or Acorn lug nuts

when i bought mine, i just went up to the counter and they got it for me, so i dont really know the pt. number, sorry

right on dude..machining the center is the best way...grinding the tabs seems a little janky...imo

You can get them from a Junkyard , thats what i did, Lug nuts can be expensive, Most Yards put all there lug nuts into a big steel cylinder. You gotta get one's that have the Bulge taper...Basically the same lug nut as a Chevy, and it fits perfect.

yeah, i'm not going to say that grinding the tabs is the worst thing to do, but i do want it done right so there are no worries.

do you guys that have these bored remember what they had to be bored to? i havn't got the wheels yet but there is a machinest at my job that said we could sneek the wheels in and do one a day so that no one finds out, so it wouldn't cost me anything. but of course i am going to hook him up though. he just asked me to find out what they have to be bored out to so we can figure it all out and then jump on it. he is cool ass old man, he is probably like in his early 60's and loves the hell out of my truck.
