New Clutch

I am in need of a new clutch, What should I go with ?

uh,just go to Autozone or Napa or something and just get a stock one. I did the clutch in my truck this spring,and I just got a stock one and it's more than adequate for handling all raging 90 ponies under the hood.

depends on your goals, a standard one from vatozone should work fine. Be sure to get the flywheel turned. I had a stage 2 centerline one in my old mazda, it worked great with my 20 extra HP or so mine was putting out, but I should have just saved 20 bucks and gone with a cheapy.

Your factory ones will last longer, but it cost 2-3 times as much so I woudn't do that.

if you have the extra cash i'd suggest getting the fidanza flywheel (@$300) it is a 9.5 lb job instead of the factory 20+ lb job, it will give you a few extra ponies, then just get a heavy duty clutch kit from napa & a new t.o. & pilot bearing.......

if I recall,I think my clutch was a Dynamax or something like that,and came with the bearings. I left my flywheel stock,but my engine is completely rebuilt with a ported and polished head and had the block bored out. It's much peppier than before,and it only died with 80k on it. Well,it had a broken ring,so it didn't die,it just smoked like a toxic forest fire.

lol thatt sucks , I went to napa and picked up a clutch for 75 bucks, my girlfriend delivers for them and got it at cost. Its going in on wed. CANT WAIT

i got a centerforce, but the bearing squeals and its super annoying

just get a louder stereo...or exhaust. lol

That's not bad. I got mine at Canadian Tire and I think it was like $150. I'd have to look at the bill,but all my paperwork is in my truck and my truck is sleeping an hour away from here.

Yeah I havent heard it scince I put a stereo in , funny how that works eh?
