time to start a new project..... ~pics~

Well as some may remember I was doing good on my mazda I had... Here is a couple pics so others know what one:




I will know in 2 days about my new mazda... He wanted $500 for it and said he would let me work it off around his shop/house.. So thats cool... It needs a new head as he replaced the head gasket and there is still water getting in the oil... And the drivers side rocker needs eo be cut out and replaced, You will see why in the pics....




The body is pretty straight, but has a few small dings here and there... Once I know it is mine I am going to start ordering things for it....
Full cali combo with 2- 8" leds, taillight fillers, Full FBSS suspension kit, Triangulated heavy duty 4 link kit with mounts for bags on the bars, Plan on shaving everything and getting it in at least primer all in the next 6 months... Want it ready for dropzone 2007... Well thats about it... So once I get it I'll start a progress thread... woo hoo

I dont see any reason to replace that rocker... Just cut it out and lay the doors on the ground. lol... That eliminates a lot of work right there.

lol... I would but didn't like my last one doored... If I do a BD on it, it will just be to the rockers.... Looks great but I like the look with the rocker more....

do you still own both of the other 2 mazdas? they are great lookin trucks! dont you want to attempt to paint them or "finish" one of them?

I have more pics of it.... lost a lot of pics dues to my computer crashing.. and the grey mazda and one with the tilt bed are the same truck... grey is just after the 5 inch bd... the second one is just before I lost the truck.... Was ona trip in oregon, tranny went out.. put it at my dads and his manager had it towed.... So as i was trying to get it out, my ex-wife now went done with the title and got it out... Sold it for $300 to get DRUGS!! Was pissed... main reason I am starting a new project....Wish I knew where my old truck was, would buy it back in a heartbeat!!

forgot to mention the 4 runner bumper.....

I remember that truck and the whole story, sucks man. But I cant wait to see this one.
