She Lives...

I took her out for her first long range test drive. I put about 25 miles on my B2200 for the first time in 6 years. I've driven it around the block a few times, but never out of the neighborhood much less down the highway at speed. Granted I still have a few things to finish up such as figuring out why my reverse lights don't work and torsion bars without shocks or a swaybar make for an interesting ride. I can defiantly feel the front end hoppin around a little. Next on the list is getting shocks put on it asap. It will be much nicer to drive them. Oh and I still dont have a drivers seat belt. Its been ordered and should be here the end of this week.

I might drive her around a little like she is now, but I dont think I will go far until I get the seatbelt fix and shocks in.

congrats man, sounds kool! i'd deff get the shocks on there, much safer.

i took mine off the road in '98, so mine will have been out of commission for 8 years this june....can't wait to do my first test drive too!!!

on the rev lights there are 2 plugs on the tranny under the truck close to the shifter make sure those are plugged up and not swapped. They can be plugged up wrong

yeah I havnt had a chance to get under the truck and check those connections yet. Thats on my lists of things to do some time this week.
