what is everyone's opinion on the best experiences with door solenoids? i have 35lb autoloc ones and they shit out on me. i have had them for a few years, and the passenger side worked the longest, but recently stopped, and the driver side hasn't worked right for quite some time now, almost 2 years.
anyone's experience is welcome
thanks

i just ran the 7lbs or 15lbs poppers i dont remember, (the small ones with the cable hanging out of it), ive have had them for 9 years and no problems yet, nobody needs a 35 lbs popper on a mazda the doors are light, and if there aligned properly they should pop open every time

if u look at the new minitruckin mag in the tech section they have come out with a kit for the s10 thats pretty much bolt on and off u go which saves alot of time on aligning to make it work right, which gave me the bright idea to make them for the mazda as a kit, using a doorlock actuator which are cheaperand work just as well, i have all the equipment to do it, and now i just need to mock up the first set and then build on,

where did you mount yours? mine are directly under the latch in the bottom corner, but spaced out so it clears the window
