this sucks...

well i haven't been on here for a little while. i have been busy trying to get this house and get things packed and what not. but last week i was driving the 83 at my normal ride height (about 2" off the ground) and out of no where a damn speed bump jumped out in front of me. i didn't even see it, all i remember is almost breaking my damn neck at about 20 mph. so now i am in the process of jb welding a hole in my oil pan until i get into my house where i can completely change it out with the one from my parts truck. i am sure my apartment manager is going to be pissed because i left oil all over the place in the parking lot. oh well, i will be out of here in a couple of weeks.

dang, hate to here that man!, gotta watch out for those pesky sumbiatches.......on the oil slick, throw a little oil dry on it & call
it even, if he don't like that, wizz on him!

You know what else sucks? Railway crossings,large curbs,potholes,unexpected elevation changes in the roads,driving a lowered truck daily,trying to drink coffee and not spill it all down the front of you while driving over the aforementioned obsticles....

Anyways mang,hope the move goes smooth and you can get the Maz all patched up.

Lol! Those railway crossings hurt for sure! I'm a little curious though... How do you manage to puncture the oil pan? Is there not a cross member like my 89?
