On the other note, I had a bit of a nightmare wiring the damn thing... I ended up using the resistor, because I dunno if our dist is a point system? I'm under the impression they are talking about the contact points for the plug wires?
I used the MSD wire diagram instead, the other one did'nt work(Dev).
I have the larger gauge cable thats black/white stripe hooked up to + on coil. The diagram from what it seems this one has to be spliced with the red wire on the blaster before the resistor?
Anyone know?
After initial warm-up, it kinda sputtered a few times before it was smooth open-throttle acceleration. I was going 60 in 3rd gear within 2 blocks I would say! Pretty impressed, and its that band-aid I needed for my weber carb!
I recommend everyone getting the MSD 5, or 5Blaster atleast!
