So I have a 1991 Acura Legend LS 4 Door. it's an automatic, well January this year the timing belt snapped and its an interferance motor, well my buddy and I pulled the gigantic thing out and put a JDM C32a2 motor in it.. anyway everything is fine and well, mind you I let my Girlfriend drive this because she doesn't have a car... SOMEHOW... all of the sudden the front bumper falls off (this is what she says) and she heard a strange noise and didnt figure to stop for 7 miles until she gets to work, well she drug the bumper that whole way, so whatever I put it back on and say whatever sweetie and everything is ok.. The next day she says her blinkers don't work, so I figure its because she shorted a wire while the bumper was dragging. She did, I replaced the fuse, and it worked fine........ for about 3 turns, then they stopped again, so I said hmm lets find this wire... I found it taped it off, and went to replace the fuse again and its not blown... Nor the one under the hood or the one inside the car are blown... but yet the hazards dont work and neither do the blinkers... you can hear the flasher inside the dashboard clicking as if its doing its job, so I get my fuse tester out and test EVERY fuse in both fuse boxes, and all are fine. Cept the power antenna one so i replaced it.... and still no worky WTF can someone help me out here? thanks

may be the turn signal switch going bad or something

well i dont think so because when you click it left or right the relat is clicking as if the bulbs are flashing but nothing is flashing im thinking maybe the flasher is burnt up??

Just because the relay clicks doesn't mean the the output side of them is sending the signal.

I would check it at the bulbs then check at the relay.

If the relay is not sending the signal but clicking replace it.

If you are getting it at the relay(also to the wire that the relay plugs into).
but not the buld i would pull the relay, check resistance between the relay
plug and the bulb harness. You should have about little bit higher than
your test leads on your meter. If reading is OL(out of limit there is an
open).Probally a broke wire from the drag session.

Hope this helped

Under left side of dash nder fuse block.

I would assume they are close to it, make them click and dive in.
