REALLY TICKS ME OFF!!!

i understand

im in the same boat as joe my girl friend just dumped me AND nobody understands my ride like other it pisses u off when they dont understand the word custom when i tell people i wanna become a automotive customizer they think i wanna be a mechanic i know its basicly the same but it makes u feel like a greese monkey kinda like they think u wanna become a dirty mechanic doing oil changes or something i dont know i went off subject a bit but still people dident like my old mazda because it was under construction and in 8 different coulors then they dident like my conversion van because it wasent stock now not many people know about my new truck cause its hidden but the people that do dont realise the work um putting into it i get the whole point of the thread and weve all been there even if ive been put down by people on ssm because it wasent custom yet and i was just a kid like i wasent capable but more like F N LO said they were just jealous in my opinion jealous that they dident have there first truck at 11 and in progress at 12 point is weve all been there this is a great post for people to get stuff off there chest though glad i found a place to say it when nobody ever listened to me say it before

oh and by the way this is mazdabscene.com nobody on here gets hated for buildign a truck because were all doing it we all understand

man people are gonna hate, and people are gonna appreciate. i live in a small town with alot of arrogant rednecks too that drive big diesel trucks and brag about how many horses they can haul and how big of a trailer they can pull. its just opinion. ive had rednecks and old men hatin on me before too. especially old people man im pretty good friends with most of the rednecks around here cause i can weld and lay brick lol. old people will judge me so quick cause i got a bagged truck, or "hydraulics" as they call it, and long hair. but then i go into how it was stripped to bare framerails, 4 linked and notched like a race car, and how the pinion angle was set, and how it gets alot of lift because its cantilevered, and they dont know what any of it means so it confuses them and makes them feel stupid and they stfu. i mean it ticks me off too when people hate on you and give you death stares when you hit a switch at a stoplight, but round here you get wayyyyy more chicks and cool old people comin up to you askin about it and tellin you they like it. youll have haters but then you get the old men that roll down their windows at stoplights and tell you to "make it jump", and the chicks askin for a ride! thats what i like. i wouldnt worry about it man mini-truckers are always gonna get static from people because mini trucks are such a minority now. oh and mazdawgydawg, i hear you. you put that really well man everyone on here has probaly expirienced some hatin before. i think thats freakin awesome that you are 13 and buildin a truck man kudos on that. i wish i started that early. i started when i was 15.

when people hate on your truck, just get infront and drag it, if they're gonna hate on you, atleast make it worth it

haha i can hear mazdadwagy side of all this, i started my truck when i iwas like 14 or 15 or sumthin like that, i bought it and put all this work into strippn in, and bought some shity ass body panels and a bed from somethone, so my truck was like 5 different colors, and everyone was hatn when i showed pic sof it with new wheels, or w.e.... but then when i started drivin it with a nice paint job and it lookd like a real truck everyone had nothing to say, exept, hop it....which i couldnt cuz it was just a static drop....lol...but yea i agree with haymaker, if they dont like it, pull out infront of them, and throw some sparks in their window....if theyre gunna hate ya, make sure they really hate ya..haha
