I had been searching for my mother for 20 years... and about 3 years ago I finally found her. I had sent her the money to take the train from San Diego Ca. to Klamath Falls, Or. and let her and her boyfriend stay with me and my wife. After a few months they got into their own place and then she got sick. She has been fighting for her SSI and after losing one of her kidneys had got it. She bought me a 1986 Mazda B2000 as a gift ( didn't know the air ride was a hack job at the time ) and I was proud to have it.
Well long story short She came down with breast cancer and had got through that and then I had relocated to Washington. She wanted to stay and I said ok, we'll keep in contact. Well about 2-3 weeks ago I had got a call from a friend saying she was in the hospital, So I had called her there.. and found out she had cancer in her brain, uterus and liver and had 6 months to live. I had been saving money to go back down and be with her, but on January 30th, 2006 I got a call from a stranger saying she had passed away... I imediatly started calling people to find out if it was true and it was..... I dont know how to deal with it.. It is just so hard....
I do know one thing though.... The truck she had got me is gonna be finished in her memory to show the love and respect I had for her....
Sorry for rambling but I had to talk to someone and we are all like a big family.... Thanks+

No doubt my man thats some deep stuff, my truck is almost in the same kind of direction my grandpa passed away a couple of years ago and he loved working on cars and all that and i loved working on them with him. he didnt buy me the truck but i know hes lookin down on me proudly cause im doing all of the work on my truck myself and learning these things and not just have someone do it for me.

If you need anything man let us know.

my grandmother passed away october a year ago..... she helped me get my mazda back in '93 (first vehicle) that is part of the reason i'm sinking so much into it to get it going again.

def be greatful that you were able to locate her and spend a few years with her while she was still living. my grandma fought cancer for over 10 years and it was a painful thing to be apart of. its hard to lose those you love so much, but try to remember the life they lived. their life is what you enjoyed about them, always cherish that.
ill def be praying for you man, let me if you need anything or just want to talk.
keep your head up bro
