to me if you have a cluttered shop that means you are working and dont have the time to keep it spic and span......i'd rather spend my time working and have the kid clean the shop...lol

And I agree about the messy shop. My garage is an absolute clusterfuck. I clean it up between projects, but its instantly messy again.
