Euro tails

Does anyone know if euro style tail lights where ever made for my truck? 79-83 Toyota if you don't know. I'm trying to find a set, and had no luck on eBay, which makes me think no. But I'm trying to figure this out. Yes I know euros are gay, I often say it myself, so skip that part and just answer my question please.

I couldnt find a set. The only thing I found were the all clear lights.

I don't actually want euros. I want a clean red tail light, or all clear.

Basically, I want it to just be one whole smooth lens, rather than 3 seperated by rubber borders. Either all clear, or a clean red lens. All one color. Its a pretty basic shape, I just hate all the borders and shit around the lenses. I can supply two housings that they fit in.

what about for a 83 mazda?
