I just bought my b4000 a few months ago and I had planned to start adding stuff and subtracting height this month, but I have run into a little problem. My dad just walked out on us a few days ago, so now I have to help out with alot of stuff with the bills and everything. I dont make alot of money at my job it was just enough to buy me this truck and it would have been enough to fix it up with some savings. Now that my budget is drastically cut should I still fix my truck up as I planned or just wait until everything settles out? Are there any lowcost things I can do to it for now? Any help is greatly apprciated thanks everyone.

family always first bro. probably a little hard to understand that if your dad just walked out but...

like draggin4lfe said, just save every last penny and keep your head up bro. where are you located anyways?

keep the truck, take care of the family and keep your head up, it all just takes time man.

I don't know of very many minitruckers that are not broke. 20 bucks and you can static drop your truck with sum handtools. Add 3inch blocks and turn the torsion bars down. Cheap......You should be proud of yourself for steppin up and helpin out.....get to know sum other minitrukkers if they are true Mtrukkers they will help you any way they can that is the spirit of this sport.....or whatever you wanna call it

havent been on for a while but Ill guess ill reply now. Thanks for all the help and I know family is first. What I meant was should I keep trying to fix up my truck or just forget about it until later, like should I kill my self working like hell or just work enough to get us by and then continue when I get a better job or something(Im sixteen so there aren't many job options for me right now) I guess I am just gonna keep working on it though, me and some of my friends that I give rides too chipped in and we got the ac fixed, here in texas that is top priority. I think I am just gonna keep working on this whenever I have some extra time or money. Thanks for all the help guys.

That is what I would say. As long as you have the truck, you can always do stuff later or save as you go. Sorry, but your dad sounds like a douche. Sorry you have to man up where he wouldn't, but kudos.
