im thinking its a steel wheel with a beauty ring and a moon style cap.
you should be able to get the ring and cap for any steel wheel you can find.

a buddy of mine has this setup on his cadillac, but he bought after market steel wheels, nineteens i think, but if you dont care about how big your rims are youll save yourself some money, so you can buy the white walls. theyre quite spendy.

Coker Tire in Chattanooga,TN has all the old tire molds for 30s,40s and 50s cars.Give Corky Coker a call and I am sure he can hook u up with a set of wide whites in most any size u want. They even build the redline tiger paw stlye tire for the mid 60s GTOs.BJ

hey bro, the wheels are just a basic steel wheel. the hub caps will go right on the stock steel wheels. those hub caps are fullmoons (not babymoons). i have the same set and found a set on ebay a little while back for like 60 bucks. check there first. as far as the tires go, i think that the only company that makes those tires anymore is coker tire. expensive but badass. i want to get a set for my 83 but can't afford it right now. i got my 1" whitewalls from sears at like 60 bucks a tire.

if you were closer i would trade you my wheels off my 89 for the wheels on your ext cab and then you would be set. i put the fullmoons on my 89 for a little while but they didn't look all that great because i didn't have the whitewalls on her.
