The torch is pretty sweet but the car will never go into anything close to production, this is because it takes just as much energy to make the fuel as you will get out of it if not less. It takes alot of energy to sepperate water into something else, this is also a big thing with hydrodgen cars they are trying to find a better way to get the hydrodgen that doesnt expend as much energy
