my wifes grandma put her house in my wifes name, so we just took out a home equity loan and paid off everything!!! i will be getting the title to my 02 suv in a week or 2 and i now have no high interest credit cards anymore, and an ass load of extra cash in the bank. woohoo!!! time to start saving, and spending on the trucks.

Nice man. Enjoy it while you can. Just don't be foolish with it.

good stuff. I'm on the paycheck to paycheck thing myself. If I wasn't still living at home there's no way I'd be able to make it on my own with the money I make.

Congrats man. Like NYTRD24 said - always nice to see someone get a break. Good luck with the investments.

Check out Dave Ramsey's book "The Total Money Make Over" if you really want the correct guidance with your money.
