it is a big step, and the better half isn't exactly in love with the idea for me being gone for a month @ a time, but being home for one four day weekend a month isn't too bad.....the money isn't the best in the world, but you have to get your foot in the door sometime.....i will be a field engineer / construction supervisor / scheduler......with some experience in this, eventhough the pay isn't the best, hopefully it will open up a few doors for good paying jobs closer to home!!

progress will be slow on the truck, but hopefully when i get home for july 4th the machine shop should have the engine done, and i can get the hubs/axleshafts / rotors drilled out & get the new shoes on the truck!

i'll haller @ ya mullet next time i'm thru that way, i'm gonna fly home for the 4th & save that 12-13 hour drive for later....
