Oh up close it's got it's blemishes It was owned for sometime by an 80 yr old man. I paid $2500 for it. It could surely use some buffing, but I'm not going to worry about it cuz one day she's gonna be 2 toned white and red

I guess she's just "photogenic"

Thanks.

Nah I think a few more owned it. Not sure how long the old man had it.

ONe quick update today.

lol I hacked my rear stops down to the u-bolts I bought new, used, Kumho Ecsta 195/55's for the rear so I now don't have to worry about hitting the fender and tire together so I don't need the stops.

Man what an improved ride back there now even helped the front imo

Well it's been a while since I've posted.

I raised it back up to stock with my 215/65/15's back on it. I just got tired of having to worry about bumps, specially since there are 100's of dump trucks runnin up and down my local roads due to a 5 yr project going on near me. I've enjoyed the ride, and even thought about lifting it more. Prob is I know I'm still not going to be able to go offroad much and stuff since I'm only 2wd.

Well, I'm bored again. I'm no longer working a side biz, and so I don't need to be all "adult" looking lol with the truck as a "non-lowrider". So, I'm seriously considering baggin it...atleast the front. We'll see if I get started on that soon. But first I got some probs.

1. I've replaced the clutch slave after the original broke. Then the pilot bearing started going out, so I did a complete clutch swap...oh what fun . Since then the clutch hasn't felt good. As in, it would release as soon as the pedal was barely off the floor, and only engage once I put the pedal to the floor...maybe disengage..whatever. So I replaced the clutch master cylinder last week. Well it was a great improvement to begin with. But now once the car has sat...like over night, the clutch pedal is weak again and I have to slightly pump it to get it in reverse in the morning. After about 5-10 minutes of regualr driving, the clutch feels great. Anyone got any ideas?

2. Past week now the carb has been flooding sometims on start up. I've been told maybe there's a needle sticking, or pin whole in the float. It also seems to run quite rich. If I sit in one place idling for a minute or two when I hit the gas to move I get lots of white/gray smoke and it smells like fuel. Also, when first start up in the morn, I get lots of black soot out of the exhaust....lol co-worker thought it was tire rubber from a burnout

3. Tried refilling the ac fluid tonight to get my ac working. To no avail. I don't think I got the switch wired back up as I had to replcae the original one with a jy piece when I got my dash. I'd like to just put in a toggle switch, but have to figure out which 2 wires are the ones that will work Any ideas?

O.k., so I think that's all

If doing the bags, should I go one compressor or 2, (think it was grant that had the deal on 2 Viairs that was appealing)?

Oh yeah, don't worry, even if I haven't been posting, I've been reading almost daily what's been going on

How many Inches is your frame from the ground, and with what size wheel/tire combo...and what size drop/mods...
1hotdawg   +1y
lol no longer dropped

I was, I believe about 3" or less from the frame to the ground. Only torsions twisted and monoleafed with airshocks in the rear. Had 205/50/15's front, and 195/55/15's in the rear at my lowest. But the pics above I still have the 215/65/15's on the rear.
