UC thread of my 84 b2000 *update 10/8*

so as of 5 in the morning 7-19-06 this is what my truck looks like. 4 link and bag mounts should be here today or tomorrow so were gonna knock those and the notches out this weekend. ill be buying my bags in a week or so. let me know what you guys think of this kit

sweet make ur you notch out that crossmember behind the cab because it will smack the hell out of that driveshaft

were actualy thinkin about moving it backward more and running my upper link bars off of it. im gonna move one of the other ones from the back to there and put a drive shaft loop in it.

so your thinking about running a 50/50? i was thinking about that as well what you gonna do about the gas tank? cause if its in stock location if it will hit

not sur yet, might run it in the bed and build a box to go around it. i was also think about runnin the filler neck out one of the windows on my canopy

I was thinking do the link like the first pic and the idea your going for and

making a bracket to hold my 2 tanks, right behind the cab since my gas tank isnt in that stock location anymore and getting my buddys fuel cell and putting it up in the bed corner, cause ima reduce down to two 5 gallon and put one on either side of the frame and same for my viairs. Im thinking engine driven plus 2 450s would be plenty fast

dude the first pic i think would be the best way to do it i did mine just like that and 9i have hydros with no coils and it rides like a caddy keep up the good work and show some updates on the truck.as for the gas tank i relocted it to the rear put left it under the bed and made a custom sheet metal bed and painted it body colour i would show pics but dont no how to to give you some ideas my bed took along time and many hours and lots of $$$$$ but it payed off in the end <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt=":D" title="Very Happy" /><!-- s:D -->
