When you coming back to Oregon? I think whenever you do, you should roll through Bend... we can have a lil bbq that night or something?

hey man the pin striping looks awesome. it kind of inspired me to pinstripe my construction helmet, i wear when i have to drive vechicles here in afganistan. it should be clear that it's not free hand, i printed a page out and then went across the back of it with a pencile and then just traced it on the helmet. after that i went over the lines with a white-out pen, but the darker lines were done free handed. it's not as smooth as a paint brush but i worked with what i had. lol would you mind if i used bits and peices of your striping on my helmet? and would you have anymore pix of the guy's work that did yours, so i may use it on it to? anyways i'm not trying to hijack your thread but here's what i did so far.

not bad for a first attempt, if you want to practice the right way get some oneshot lettering enamle paint, and a 00 mack striping brush, there both fairly cheap and you can alot of practice. as for pictures of stripes go to and artists portfolios. there are thousands of pinstripe pictures there to give you ideas. i would have done the stripes myself but bob has a steadier hand than i do

thanks man, it took longer than i had hoped but i think it turned out nice. ive had about a bazilion complements from all ages ranging from kids to little old ladies. ive been told i have the coolest truck in laramie wyoming, and hopefully i still will when i go home. but up next is interior. its going to be fairly cheap to, i get a discount on materials through school, so thats only gonna cost me 80 bucks to do the whole truck
