To try and answer all your questions...

Upper and Lower arms are from the idiots at KustomWerks... my word of advice... find somewhere else to get them!

Wheels... i've already got... 18" Bonspeed Instense 5... just a little different from all the others you see out there though.

I am building a whole new floor... the stock floor was rusty and crusty, and I want it to be nice and clean and maximize my space so im building a new floor. also making a new firewall and new rear cab wall.

I should be starting on the floor soon, i've got to go to the wreckers and get some s10 body mount cup things...(im using energy suspension s10 body mounts), once I got those I can get bustin ass on the floor.

I should be sand blasting the underside of the cab tonite if the weather holds up.

Yes I am doing RHD... I was almost not gonna do it, then figured since i'v got to relocate the brake booster and shit anyways I might as well stick to my guns and get it done.

I think i have a pic of the interior on my computer but not online anywhere... there isn't much to see, there's nothing in it, no floor, not much of a firewall... not to much at all.

Well time for some new pics!

I've been working away at getting my floor done... the structure is almost complete, just got a couple more pieces to weld in then its time for the sheet metal.

(everything looks bent cause of the fisheye lens I was using.

ok man first off THAT LOOKS SICK!! 2nd off will you be doing a tech right up? and you answered my long time question, do you just cut the sheet metal out and just weld new sheet metal in or do you add supports also?

Damn - And I was kinda proud of what I did for the bed of my daughters truck. Can't wait to see how yours finishes out!

A tech article for what??

This is all kind of 'one-off' if you ask me.

I had welded in some x-bracing as you can see in the pics, but first I think I cut the majority of the floor out, then put it on the frame, squared it up on the frame, tacked it to the frame with some scrap metal. to keep it in place.

I then welded in my new body mounts to the cab, and started building the floor structure off of there. Once the majority of the floor was done I cut the prices off that i had to hold the cab in place.

Next step is to start the sheet metal.
