Rear tire size???

Hi;
New to the dually scene....
Need help with rear tire sizing....
Here is my question
I use my 1998 k3500 Chevy dually mostly for towing my race car in an enclosed 24' trailer. I would like to know what the largest (width) tire that I can fit on the rear with stock rims? TIA

You can go up to a 285 section width without the tires touching but you will only find tires that wide in a mud tread application.

I would suggest not going any wider than a 245 section width due to the sidewall being rolled over the wheel on the wider tires.
