Well these are all the recent goodies I've added since late last week. I have more goodies on the way,so I'll have another update next week.

For now, here's my Grant Challenger 860 steering wheel. I think it totally works with my interior. Couldn't have found a better suiting wheel. Don't mind all the salt and crap on the floor mats. I hate winter. Grr.

Clear corners and one of my Bscene decals. I know the truck is filthy. Look at the crap I have to drive it through.

And my other Bscene decal on the back window, and for those of you who didn't see my redout tails before:

Spraybomb primer really attracts the dirt.....you need to epoxy it or get some 2k urethane primer on there. Looking good though.

That is 2k urethane sprayed from a paint gun. it's one coat and unsealed. I wasn't expecting to be driving the truck much longer after I sprayed it in the summer. I have lots of bodywork to do this spring,so it'll be shot again, but done better, and sealed.

oh,and it'll look better next week. That ugly ass front bumper is getting replaced. And I'm getting a roll pan in a couple weeks.

Mike - Wheel looks Great!!! Have to agree - it fits the overall interior theme well. As for the salt on the mats and the roads.... welcome to Iowa - looks just like that here

I hate winter......

It's amazing this truck has survived 18 years with the very minimal rust it has for a Canadian salt belt truck. My cab floor is absolutely mint condition, except for the driver's side footwell which only had some surface rust, which I took care of over the summer. The worst rust on my truck is the underside of the bed which is all surface corrsion, and the tops of my wheel wells are rotted. One had a hole big enough to fit my arm through, but it's been patched and I have a drop in bedliner so you don't see it anyways, lol.

It's a pretty small wheel too, only 14". Feels like driving a go kart, haha. I like it though,it;s a more comfortable driving position now.

WHen I had my exhaust done, they sprayed some Wurth's Zinc Primer on it. The guy told me it's kind of like a primer sealer that protects against rust. What if I shot the truck with something like that? I'm planning to atleast get some form of temporary paint on the truck this year until the rear paintjob next spring.

zinc primer is not good, it sucks to sand and nothing sticks to it right....PPG DP primers, or K36 sealer primer is what I recomend...
