Mikey the rattle can man strikes again,this time on an unsuspecting set of Escalade rims.
Below is the aftermath of such a brutal attack on these innocent rims.
I also painted the drums and calipers green while I was at it. I got to thinking about my end caps and valance though. I painted them black with Krylon Fusion and I haven't gotten a single stone chip or anything in that paint. For you paint guys,do you think I would be safe if I primered over it and then sprayed the caps and valance green and not worry as much about it chipping ot peeling,since it will have a painted base to stick to,rather than bare plastic? I just ask,because I had the caps just primered before andevery time I washed the truck,the primer would peel off the caps every time I hit it with the spray nozzle.
