new truck...

well, as some of you know i totalled my suv a few weeks ago. yesterday we through a b-day get together for my dad. and while i was at his house i asked him if the dealership that he works at still had the f150 that i was looking at a couple weeks ago. he said yes and we called them up (they work on sundays). and they told me they still had it. so i went and picked it up and here she is... (i will get some better pics later)





86000 miles, new tires, well maintainted (it belonged to the daughter in law of the owner of the dealership so you know it was well kept, hell everything was free), fiberglass tonneau cover painted to match, and drives great.

Not the best in gas milage, but definately reliable.

yeah, no joke, i drove it home last night and put 20 buck in her. it barely moved the needle. haha. then today i filled her up, which took another 60 bucks. then i drove her about 2 hrs and used a 1/4 tank of gas. damn!!! but it is what we needed and i like it a lot. it is very smooth. and i talked them from $15,500 to $13,500.

Well, at least ya got an extra $2,000 to put toward filling the tank LOL.

And yes, it is a good riding truck - enjoy

hahaha, mud, yeah right. it's 2 wheel drive and has the 4.6 not the 5.4. if i got her in the mud she would stay there. hahaha. i do need to wash her though. she is dirty from the pothole in my driveway. haha

wow thats bad gas mileage? i wish it costs me $15 to travel 2 hours (200kms) i can hardly do that in the caravan
